How long does a made-to-order piece take?

A little longer than our ready designs, because each one is made specially for you. We'll share a timeline when you place your order, and keep you updated along the way.

How is the price decided?

By the pearls, stones and work involved. We share a price before anything is made — nothing is final until you love it.

Can I return or exchange it?

Because it's made specially for you, made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Every piece is genuine and covered by our promise — and if anything isn't right, message us and we'll help.

Is it genuine?

Always. Genuine freshwater pearls and natural gemstones — the same promise behind everything we make. Neckpieces come with a certificate of authenticity.
