Every Vionora piece is packed with care and sent to you safely. Here's what to expect.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside India and would like to order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll be glad to help.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order pieces take a little longer, and we'll share a timeline when you place your order.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 4–8 working days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Any applicable charges, if shown, will be visible at checkout before you pay.

PACKAGING
Each piece arrives in Vionora's signature packaging — designed to protect your jewellery and to make opening it feel special.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link by WhatsApp or email. If you ever need help locating your order, we're a message away.
